Hotel Corporate Head of Hotel Human Resources – Western USA based in Denver Colorado

**Must have comprehensive Hotel, Human Resources, and Union experience**

A leading global hospitality company with hotels from Europe to Asia, USA and the Middle East seeks an experienced and Regional Head of Human Resources responsible for the group's eight Hotels in Western USA . For the right talented and experienced hotel HR executive it will include the companies hotels in Eastern USA (8 more properties) Hotel experience mandatory


This hotel Director of Human Resources must possess suitable qualifications, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. SPHR or PHR certified with at least 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources management in the hospitality industry.

Experience in Unionized environment is mandatory to promote a positive working climate. Must be knowledgeable about the regional HR laws and regulations in USA. There is travel involved…  


Reporting to the Group Senior Vice President, Human Resources, your key attributes will include extensive team leadership experience with strong leadership capability and the ability to inspire and motivate at all levels. You must possess the ability to build strong relationships across a global business, with a range of key stakeholders, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels.

The Head of Human Resources will give direction and guidance to the Human Resources & Training Managers to ensure the effective implementation of the Company's Policies, provide the solutions and develop HR functions, oversee the effective delivery of learning and development programs, collaborate with the HR teams in order to identify and deliver HR solutions to the Group’s needs

As the Head of HR you are required to recruit HR team members, developing their leadership and professional skills to optimize their potential and contribution to the business. You will also develop and Implement a program that identifies key team members across North America, collaborate with the management team, the HRDs and the Regional and property GMs to develop, and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies and plans. Lead and develop tools, processes and programs that integrate with the organization’s values and core competencies.

A gross annual salary of US$150,000 to US$ 200,000 plus extensive benefits will be offered
