The Integrated Media Planner is the day-to-day focal point to the account, and will be responsible for research, strategy, and overall budget management of appointed campaigns. Must be a resourceful, solution-oriented multi-tasker with experience in both digital and traditional media.


  • Provide information about the brand, consumer, and marketplace that will create the foundation of the media strategy
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journey
  • Master the use of general and media industry tools and systems
  • Ownership of budget tracking, management, and reporting
  • Display application of media knowledge to address media and business challenges
  • Own planning timeline/process- accountable for creating and monitoring timeline and due dates
  • Anticipate deadlines and client needs and make sure deadlines are met
  • Train and mentor the Assistant Planner
  • Review Prisma spends necessary for purchase authorizations
  • Active involvement in meetings/brainstorm sessions
  • Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
  • Write POVs and client-facing communication


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least two years of agency media planning experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Entertainment experience is a must
  • Prefer experience with Tune-In
  • Familiarity with a variety of media tools and software
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently but also be a team player
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
