We are creating an incredible co-working hub for the business community of Foley and are looking for a high energy/tech savvy Community Manager that can partner with service providers and the Community to set up and run this co-working business. You will work with the Owners to set up and maintain all the systems and processes to run this collaborative community. In addition, you will use your marketing and networking skills to develop marketing materials and attract businesses to join the hub. Need to be able to begin working as soon as possible.  


Job Responsibilities

  • Help create an amazing co-working community in Foley
  • Develop marketing materials for co-working community
  • Work with designer and architect to implement the vision
  • Set up bi-monthly open houses for the community
  • Set up weekly happy hours for members
  • Set up speakers, trainings and events for members
  • Get letters of intent from businesses that may want to relocate to the co-working space
  • Market memberships, trainings, desks, offices to community
  • Oversee construction and furniture placement
  • Set up Operating Tools and Services
  • Assist Controller with creating reports, managing invoices and payments
  • Work with internet service provider to set up and maintain phone service
  • Work with internet service provider to set up and maintain internet service
  • Work with security service provider to set up secure access and security cameras
  • Assist with the set up and maintenance of co-working software (Proximity)
  • Maintain updated website with events and marketing materials
  • Maintain access to facility and offices for members
  • Set up Office Operations


Work with property manager to:

  • Schedule janitorial service
  • Schedule facility maintenance
  • Set up mail delivery process to members
