A nationally ranked healthcare organization headquartered in Indianapolis is seeking a Service-Desk Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to business and clinical staff members on a variety of IT related issues. Must also be able to communicate technically and document incident reports. 


The Service-Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for incident reports and requests. This position will include:

  • Answering calls/incidents
  • Creating Service Tickets
  • Assisting with the issues, then documenting them
  • Document issue resolutions

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Inbound Call assistance
  • Web-based applications and deployment
  • EMR documentation
  • Ability to multi-task and address multiple issues at once
