How your skills and passion will come to life as the “Value Unlocker” at Dynamic:

  • Mine historical buy & sell pricing information on new & existing industry equipment

  • Determine and report on value depreciation & risk of specific items

  • Use models to determine ROI on an item

  • Report of resale value of existing and prospective inventory

  • Mine data of number of unit in the market for specific items

  • Maintain relationships with Dynamic’s vendors and clients across all market segments with rental needs by writing quotes, confirming orders, managing transfers and growing the business within our current markets and beyond

  • Gather data and provide intel about the industry to Rentals, Business Development and Marketing counterparts

  • Strategically partner with Business Development and Marketing counterparts to effectively identify key purchase opportunities

  • Act as an Executive Assistant to the Rental Manager, taking on various projects with changing priorities

  • Order-building as coverage requires to support the rentals team

  • Handles inbound order requests for cameras, lenses, media and misc. production equipment

  • Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in top cinema and TV equipment

  • Clearly communicate expected delivery dates for rentals, via entry of ordered titles into internal systems, and Email/verbal communication for special cases and exceptions

  • Daily identification of orders which are late or at risk of missing customer-specific delivery or shipping requirements. Proactive escalation of these issues to the Operations team, and monitor the resolution/delivery

  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure on time delivery of all orders

  • Responsible for escalating issues/changes quickly to supervisors and senior management

  • Work with Operations to ensure they have all assets required to process an order

  • Perform analysis of unfulfilled quotes and request missing inventory items required to fulfill repeated order requests

  • Support the Operations team as needed to execute on urgent orders

  • Monitor the schedule and check the accuracy, reconciling any missing information

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant highly preferred

  • 1-3+ years experience in an analytical, research-forward role preferred

  • 1-3+ years experience in a startup environment preferred

  • BA degree or courses related to statistics, economics or a related field preferred

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Knowledge & interest of film & TV production equipment preferred

  • Experience working effectively in a position which requires you to manage multiple projects of high priority

  • Familiarity with CRMs and RentalWorks is a plus
