Drake's has been in business for over 30 years. We currently sell products throughout the USA and in Canada. We are still family owned and operated and are known for our superior pasta products and meal options. Over the years, we have expanded our product lines and sell our products in the restaurant trade, deli/hot bar area of grocery stores and our retail brand "Parla" is sold in the frozen section of grocery stores. We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team. We need a culinary graduate that will run our food preparation department. This department cooks and processes a large variety of proteins and vegetables. We make all our sauces. Everything is prepared from "scartch." These components become our fillings and part of our meals. Our ocmpany is SQF certified and the qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are as follows: HACCP Certified, Culinary Graduate, Understand Good Manufacturing Practices, Knowledge of SQF is helpful but training will be provided, Oversee the preparation of cooking/dicing/ of proteins and vegetables, Must understand and supervise the developement of sauces, Understand and supervise the formulation and methodology of recipes, Must be a diligent record keeper, Must adhere and supervise quality control.
