Manages hourly payroll system, including performing detailed reviews and corrections of hourly payroll data such as working time, overtime, vacation, and sick leave, daily to ensure employees are paid correctly

Manages salary employee compensation

Provides administrative support and oversight of the FMLA and Short-Term Disability processes; partners with Plant Medical and HR Services to resolve leave issues

In-depth understanding of FLSA, FMLA, Washington Care Act other state and federal laws, principals, and practices as they pertain to compensation, management of leaves and polices

Responds to employee inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

Updates and maintains employee information in relevant HR systems

Provides HR system training for employees and Team Leaders

Conducts ongoing auditing to ensure quality of payroll and data in relevant HR systems

Conducts new hire training for HR and payroll topics

Prepares and distributes HR communications to site employees

Administers the site Controlled Organization process, which includes reporting and providing data analysis on the organizational structure, and managing positions in the relevant HR systems

Prepares reports and conducts audits for site HR & Learning and Development

Lead for the Operating Management System (OMS) for HR, including assembling and reporting on required data, preparing and presenting data to relevant stakeholders, and closing out findings
