Candidates should possess relevant experience with: email campaigns, social media, blog writing, public relations, advertising, and reporting.
Any writing samples available from the candidate would be appreciated, but not required - blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, etc.
The Sr. Marketing Specialist will have responsibilities and opportunities in All Things
Marketing and Lead Generation: email campaigns, social media, blog writing, public relations,
advertising, and reporting. We’ re looking for someone with the creativity to think of new ideas
and the work ethic to get them done.
? Publishing content on website and blog (we use Hubspot)
? Managing social media channels during major industry conferences and events
? Identifying online or traditional advertising opportunities
? Promoting our weekly podcast (E-Commerce Retail Briefing) on social channels and on
? Generating reports on top-of-funnel metrics
? Seeking media and press opportunities through HARO and social media
? Working with the Growth team to think up new and creative ways to generate leads
through digital and social channels. (We love the BAMF Bible, FYI)
WE’ RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:
? A Bachelor’ s Degree (or equivalent time of work experience).
? 2-5 years of experience in marketing in a fast-paced environment
? Strong writing skills
? Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a scaling and fast-changing
? An enthusiastic “ roll up your sleeves” mentality to do whatever it takes to execute on
? Flexibility and a keen eye for detail in your work.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
