As a Software Developer Lead within PNC's Retail Data Management and Marketing organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH
this position will support planned work for the year 2020 on various Data Management related projects within the Data Warehouse Team. Looking for a Seasoned Data integration specialist with a must experience in multiple platform Technologies Mainframe, Teradata, and Big Data Hadoop. Individual will be part of the Data Team and will play the role of an integration specialist in this team. Specific technical skills include Informatica Power Center, ETL development, Hadoop Big Data integration using Sqoop and Python/Spark, Hadoop HDFS data management, Teradata database administration COBOL programming and hands on Assembly language experience
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
