We’re hiring a marketing manager (3+ years of experience) who loves B2B marketing and wants to grow their skills rapidly. The candidate must have existing digital marketing experience, as well as experience in marketing communications, marketing audits and planning, and project management.
Professional experience with B2B lead generation, writing skills, demand generation, and/or marketing automation chops (with HubSpot or Pardot) are are a plus.
Responsibilities for this position include defining inbound marketing strategy and content marketing plans, running inbound campaigns, researching and presenting ideas to clients.
Our team of digital marketers, designers, developers, writers, and specialists is growing quickly. Our clients see us as inbound advisers and trusted confidants and strategists — so we're looking for a smart, passionate inbound marketer to help lead 3-5 client projects.
Our ideal candidate would be self-driven, passionate about learning, and friendly. Additionally, the candidate should be a digital marketer and possess skills in inbound marketing and analytics. Strong communication skills are also important, because we need to communicate our ideas to other team members and clients.
All team members at Ironpaper must earn appropriate certifications in the field of marketing before or during their role at the agency. We are a HubSpot-certified agency, so many of the certifications are from HubSpot's learning academy.
Our projects are primarily focused on digital marketing for technology companies, SaaS companies, B2B enterprises and nonprofits. Experience in these areas is strongly preferred.
We are seeking an individual that embodies our passion for ongoing learning. We are open to candidates that may need to gain new skills for this role. We expect the final candidate to gain 5-6 HubSpot and Google certifications within the first 8 months on the job and a Salesforce admin certification within the first year. We also expect that this candidate will be open to learning and becoming a champion for Ironpaper's methodologies for marketing, sales, content, and management. Additionally, this position will require someone that will continuously learn and gain new and diverse skills over time.
