Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Notify therapists, BCBAs and staff of any changes or cancellations.
  • Greet parents and kiddos
  • Maintain the center so it is organized, sanitized, and clean
  • Assist therapists if needed
  • Schedule and coordinate therapy appointments with parents and kiddos
  • Maintain & record inventory and office supplies
  • Enforce center rules

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • ABA Therapy Center experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Passion for helping children and their families
  • Great work ethic and time management skills
  • Proactive and capable of accomplishing necessary tasks by default
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
