A large communications company is seeking an experienced Executive Admin for a 3-6+ months contract assignment in Greenwood Village, CO.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to executive-level individuals
  • Screening calls
  • Scheduling travel
  • Typing correspondence
  • Preparing reports and financial data
  • Training and supervising other support staff
  • Managing confidential information in a professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinates all required resources for meetings
  • Handles additional administrative tasks as necessary

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor' s degree
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. 
  • Ability to lead junior resources
