Trades Masters, an industry leader in construction staffing, is looking for an Account Coordinator to help us expand our services to the Austin, TX market. Account Coordinators are responsible for overseeing all sales, business development and customer service efforts of an office.

This outside sales position is a great career opportunity to join a new Trades Masters branch team and as such requires candidates who are driven, aggressive, experienced in sales and customer-service oriented. Candidates must be comfortable working with customers and field employees.

Responsibilities:

Outside Sales & Customer Service - Growing the customer base by securing new customers using the Trades Masters business development model, leveraging existing customer relationships from other Trades Masters branches, networking and establishing a strong industry presence within the branch market, Directing and Managing field employees, making sales and service calls, and ensuring all policies and internal operational procedures are followed.
