Ensure timely payments of invoices and reimbursement of expense (West LKA and GT); maintain accurate records and control reports
Manage monthly SDR accruement reviewing and closing
Identify, coordinate and supervise process improvement initiatives and monitoring controls within functional area. Escalate and resolve issues proactively
Number of Complaints
Develops, prepares and reviews all monthly reporting deliverables for management use
Supervision and training of sales admin staff and assisting in the development of staff for functional areas; Develop and maintain partner relationships with internal and external customers
