The Opportunity:

Impark is currently seeking a Parking Attendant to work at our 1250 Eye St NW , Washington DC parking location.

Reports To: Parking Manager

Rate: $12.50/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Relieve Parking Attendants for breaks and fill in as active cashier on duty in the meantime

  • Deliver Impark Service Excellence to all guests, co-workers, and clients.

  • Monitor entrance and exit of garage

  • Patrol garage and check cars for valid permit.

  • Valet park and retrieve guest vehicles

  • Greet every guest with a friendly, helpful and courteous attitude. .

  • Arrive to work on time and report to your scheduled work location in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to all client specific policies and procedures as well as Impark's Employee Handbook policies and procedures.

  • Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere while at work.

  • Represent Impark and yourself in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • A valid driver's license

  • Must know how to drive STICK-SHIFT (manual transmission)

  • Must be able to occasionally fill in for employees when needed.

  • Cash handling experience

  • Basic math

  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others

  • Must speak English
