Executive Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will support the President of RMS and ET along with other leaders in the organization. This includes a full range of administrative duties and requires the ability to handle a broad range of items on a proactive, professional and discrete basis.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide support to the President of RMS and ET in all areas of work

    - Calendaring

    - Scheduling meetings and appointments (large and small scale)

    - Make travel reservations

    - Manage expense reports, purchase orders, check requests, etc.

    - Handle correspondence

    - Create and update presentations

    - Track and review budget

  • Take action authorized during executive's absences and use initiative and judgment to see that all matters are handled in a manner to minimize effect of executive's absence

    Must Haves:

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years experience supporting executive level people

  • Prior experience handling confidential, sensitive business information and supporting executive level professional

  • Excellent proofreading/composition skills; strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must demonstrate professional demeanor and diplomacy and tact

  • Must possess a high level of energy and willingness to work independently in a "fast paced" environment. Flexible - ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

  • Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize. Ability to work well with multiple instructions and directions, and in ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations

  • Must be proactive and able to prioritize work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work with others and interface with all levels of the organization and management

    Nice to Have:

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree (or higher level of education)

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
