Principal IT Business Systems Analyst for Medtronic, Inc. at its facility in Northridge, CA. Analyze engineering, business, and other data processing items to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, and workflow. Gather and analyze user requirements to implement new functionality and software capabilities to automate and improve the Medtronic Diabetes Online Store and other customer-focused digital initiatives. Coordinate project life cycle phases, with emphasis on translating user requirements into functional specifications for any associated Reporting, Data Conversion, Integration, Enhancements and Process design needs. Coordinate Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project implementation methodologies. Coordinate digital media initiatives to include enterprise web applications, enterprise integration, customer relationship marketing and content systems. Work as the IT business liaison to translate business user requirements into detailed system requirement specifications. Coordinate technical aspects of the projects and their delivery. Utilize HTML, XML, middleware and Databases. Work in Database Programming in SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Oracle 11g and MS Access environments. Work as Technical coordinator interfacing with enterprise web applications, customer relationship marketing and content systems including SAP, Centricity, Salesforce or Marketo. Coordinate business modeling and process engineering. Utilize Scrum agile methodology using Bugzilla, Jira and Confluence tools. Utilize automated scripted testing and manual testing of new features in parallel to regression testing. Utilize knowledge gained from Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner certifications

Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field and three (3) years post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience using Waterfall and Scrum agile methodology; Bugzilla, Jira and Confluence tools; As Technical lead, interfacing with enterprise web applications, CRM, and content systems including SAP, Centricity, Salesforce or Marketo; Database Programming in SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Oracle 11g and MS Access environments; Automated scripted testing and manual testing of new features in parallel to regression testing; Business modeling. Must possess the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner
