Responsible for creating and implementing strategic and tactical communications, training, and awareness plans to align employees and contractors to Global Security Office strategies and priorities. Applies innovative thinking to solve complex problems and complete assignments that are often ambiguous.
Reporting to the Global Security Awareness Program Manager, partners with employees at all levels of the organization, to deliver effective communications, training, and awareness. Responsible for identifying and delivering the best vehicles, channels and processes for communicating and training with various internal global audiences, and measuring results.

Advise and support Global Security Awareness Program Manager on creating and delivering communications and training to employees and contractors.
Partner with colleagues in the Global Security Office to deliver communications and training to employees and contractors through new and existing channels.
In partnership with the Global Security Awareness Program Manager, drive the creation and implementation of highly visible communications and training campaigns and events.
Support raising security awareness alignment through consistent messaging to employees.
Create messaging and training materials for Global Security Office projects and security awareness library, including framing and interpreting key business issues and priorities so these messages can be readily understood by employees at all levels.
Incorporate feedback mechanisms and metrics into communications and training plans to increase impact of messages.
Develop security communication materials including scripts, talking points, internal social media posts, and news articles.
Develop security training materials including videos, PowerPoints, infographics, presentations, instructor led training materials, and online interactive training.
Support security events hosted by the Global Security Office.
Establish and utilize cross-functional teams, as appropriate, to deploy security messaging and training throughout the enterprise.
Lead and manage security intranet site revamp and manage ongoing.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
7+ years of progressive experience
SPECIALIZED SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in either communication or training.
Nice to Have:
Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
Strong verbal and written skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global environment.
Flexible and able to learn new technologies.
Well-organized and good at prioritizing work.
Balanced use of independent action and collaborative problem solving.
Must be able to work with confidential information, sometimes sensitive in nature, in a discreet manner.
Experience working in a Learning Management System for a large-scale company.
Experience with online training development tools, i.e. Articulate Storyline
