Description Responsibilities
  • Develops, communicates and drives best practices for the recruiting process, contributing to long-term growth of the company
  • Designs proactive, creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies, using all traditional and non-traditional methods to attract passive talent and build a network of potential candidates
  • Manages full life-cycle recruiting process for a large requisition load, from identification of resource needs to sourcing/screening to reporting on success
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Generalists to understand talent gaps, where those skills are found in the market, and identifying candidates who fit those ideal profiles
  • Collaborate with recruiters on program design and development and on continuous improvement activities
  • Deliver against performance metrics related to Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Recruiter Efficiency and other KPIs that drive and reflect success
  • Identify and participate in networking forums, public events, and other activities that help strengthen the Fluid and Motion Control employment brand
  • Develop content with the marketing team for external website and other channels that support our culture and our recruiting philosophy
  • Communicates and works closely with the management teams for designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Communicates and works closely with the HR leaders on labor market issues and initiatives and recruitment through social media
  • Performs other duties and projects as may be assigned by the HR Director
