ApplyDescriptionResponsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):* Using proper telephone etiquette and techniques to answer technician calls in a timely, polite and professional manner* Ensure a high degree of accuracy while processing customer and technician requests* Proper booking of technicians and installers within Estes Services scheduling system* Assist CSRs, other dispatchers, technicians and management with scheduling of technicians and installers* Efficiently and professionally respond quickly to customer problems and provide solutions* Utilizes established service agreements and guidelines for scheduling* Maximize scheduling of technicians to ensure we have opportunities to service problem calls and fulfill service agreement obligations effectively* Follows established dispatching guidelines. Seek assistance from management or higher level dispatchers when needed.* Initiate outbound calls to fill-up technician schedules or confirm customer availabilityRequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
