You will solve challenging problems to boost business growth through a deep understanding of consumer behaviors with applied analytics techniques and business insights. An ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of direct product consumer lifecycle, previous exposure to customer service, marketing and product optimization processes. This role is highly collaborative, and will work closely across multiple teams. This person is experienced in using real-time analysis to inform and influence daily business and product decision-making.Required Responsibilities:* Responsible for relaying information to vendors and other internal teams in easily understood terms for both technology and business.* Guarantee the technical aspects of a customer/partner's integration by providing technical guidance and necessary documentation.* Liaise with the business, development team, vendors, and technology on an ongoing basis.* Provide high touch technical subject matter expertise with strategic partners for partner education, technical troubleshooting, and support within defined service level agreements.* Collaborate closely with business partners and peer teams to lead the definition and evolution of our payment's platform strategy* Define and prioritize new product features and tools requests required to improve processes and performance.* Responsible for the integration of new systems and services* Responsible for driving effective and scalable approaches across products, market segments and business units through automation and process improvements* Provide strategic planning to streamline and automate customer service and marketing operations* Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner implementation, and improve operational scaling and product serviceability with Engineering.* Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.* Has responsibility to deliver direct business results and advice regarding platform development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy* Creates project plans, business and technical requirements documents for platform execution* Systematically assess our customers' (internal & external, consumers & businesses) current and long-term needs* Provide strategic and technical analyses in support of top priority initiatives* Perform other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.* 5+ years relevant experience to include continuous process improvement, project management, business/requirements and analysis, and/or technical proficiency* 5+ years of experience using SQL while working with datasets and coding with a general purpose programming language.* Experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.* Experience troubleshooting and translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.* Experience identifying business needs, defining, and building technical solutions to address business requirements in a startup environment.* Experience with understanding APIs (REST/SOAP)* Experience planning for and managing several large-scale, complex technical projects and coordinating cross functional project members.* Ability to pull data from various sources and provide insights on that data.* Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships that drive results across all internal teams including Finance, Platform, Customer Service, Product, and Marketing.* Ability to support extended business hours to accommodate India time zone.* Advanced spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) and data management skills with prior experience in financial/business modeling* Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.Desired Qualifications:* Master's degree in technology or business discipline* Proficient in Python and modern data analysis practices* Experience with A/B/C multi-variant testing* Experience with attribution platforms and attribution modeling* Experience using business intelligence tools (Sisense, PowerBI, SharePoint, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc.* API development experienceSince opening our headquarters in Puerto Rico, we've become one of the Island's premier employers.
