We define the security operating procedures and the security baselines. We also define the security architecture in close cooperation with the Enterprise Architecture team.The final accountability to protect data assets and accept security risks is with the data owner in the business. The Cyber Security team provides support to them to achieve compliance and select suppliers, and architectures that are secure by design.We assess proposed IT solutions, detect security gaps and issues, evaluate the risks for the company and propose solutions to mitigate or remediate those risks.The Cyber Security team works closely together with the IT teams, and, participates in the governance of the IT suppliers. This to guarantee the quality of the security services that are delivered to Nokia.Finally, as no environment is fully secure, the team also builds the proper security incident capabilities, based on big data analytics to collect and process security information from the entire Nokia environment. The team is also responsible for the resolution of these incidents, and, drives the subsequent remediation.This role will act in an environment which is rapidly evolving from traditional IT to digital cloud-based. Developments are agile, in a variety of DevOps structures. So, an in depth understanding of these technologies and development methodologies is essential.The team is looking for an IT Cyber Security Architect to develop secure architectures in a multi-cloud environment.Role description:The Cyber Security team is responsible to protect Nokia critical data. Hence, Nokia's Cyber Security team mission is to assure that Nokia's (sensitive) data is not stolen, erased or exposed through malicious actions. But, at the same time, the team needs to assure that employees still have the means to do their daily work in an effective way.Nokia's Security Team further invests in Multi-Cloud Security expertise, solutions and techniques. The main driver is twofold: (1) Nokia's IT infrastructure is moving applications and data into the cloud in an accelerated way and, (2) Nokia's Security team is dealing with an increasing volume of log and event data, which is providing detailed insights into user and network activities across the various cloud service providers. This evolution triggers the need for in-house expertise to define the target multi-cloud security architecture (both cloud network evolution & security on cloud applications). This evolution will also pursue stronger multi-cloud security & IAM controls to properly protect and govern who has access to Nokia's key assets and data in the Cloud.In this role, you will become part of the "Cyber Security Strategy & Architecture" team. At the same time, you will be integrated into an exciting learning environment concerning Nokia's innovative Security solutions that we deliver together with the Nokia Business Lines (Bell Labs and Nokia Software).Key accountabilities include:* Strategy Definition:* you research, analyze, understand and test emerging & innovative security solutions and industry trends around Multi-Cloud Security & IAM.* you support in the definition of new multi-cloud & IAM security strategy, architecture and solutions* you are able to formulate and present this multi-cloud & IAM security strategy, architecture and solutions to the various IT Stakeholders.* Security Architecture:* you define the key security architecture requirements and use cases for multi-cloud & IAM security solutions* you work in close collaboration with other key stakeholders across Nokia's IT organization and our key suppliers (HCL, Microsoft, Amazon, Google,…) to assure these new solutions are "secure by design"* you support the Multi-Cloud & IAM Security (Strategy) Projects during User Acceptance Testing & validation testing* you provide feedback to suppliers and propose actions to mitigate any solution shortcomings* you acquire the necessary skills and hands-on competences to technically understand solution, define the required security capabilities with a focus on Multi-Cloud & IAM Security domain.* you work in close collaboration with IT/Security SME's to assure in-time, in-scope & in-budget delivery* you will be part the Project Core Teams for these Multi-Cloud & IAM Security Projects, if applicable* Security Consultancy:* you are the contact point for the broader Nokia IT Community on Multi-Cloud & IAM Security (Strategy) topics based upon your own expertise & experience and/or interface with other Security Architects* you support your peers when being consulted about the Multi-cloud & IAM Security (Strategy) Solutions* you perform specific security activities autonomously, which can result into follow-up actions by other teams.Skill Requirements:* Technical expertise in IT/Security engineering, Cloud and/or Enterprise Architecture is desirable* Technical expertise in (cloud based) IAM solutions is desirable* Technical understanding of various Cloud Service Provider platforms, services and solutions is desirable* Good stakeholder management in business or IT projects is desirable* Experience with supplier management through technology reviews, RFP assessment,…* Information Security expertise at an enterprise on a global scale is considered as a plus* Any relevant industry certification is considered as a plus* Understanding (Cloud) Security/IT architecture frameworks is considered as a plus* Fluently English* Education (non-exhaustive):* Degree in information systems or computer science.* Advanced degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, information assurance, information security, information systems or computer science.* National Security Administration - Department of Homeland Security certification for NTISSI/CNS standards 4011-4016.* Certified Computer Forensics Examiner (Access Data, SANS)* Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).* Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).* Certified in Information Systems Risk Management (CRISC).* Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)or the ability and motivation to work toward obtaining certifications.* Willingness to travel as required by the roleBehaviors:* Willing to invest in an exciting learning experience on cyber security and digital transformation and how this technology enables positive business change for Nokia* Be pragmatic in defining cyber security actions and solutions* Excellent leadership and communication skills* Team player, highly self-motivated and able to work in full autonomy* "Can Do" mentality: prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
