POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sets up & Operates CNC machinery, runs production to manufacturing specifications, inspects product & documents data in accordance to quality standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, set ups require bend, lift to waist height with reach motion of approximately 20 inches to insert pallet tooling weighing up to 22 pounds. Frequency is one to two times daily. Lifts and inserts Roto Buckets weighting up to 25 pounds into Tumbler for deburring. Unloads Roto Buckets and moves to table. Motion is waist height. Frequency: two-four buckets loaded twice daily. Obtains 12-14 foot bar stock, pushes or inserts bar in fixture, closes and locks fixture for CNC machining. Occasional movements to include placing bar stock in pallet & locks in place with torque motion. Pushes or pulls shaving bucket to recycling.
