Job Location
The Outpatient Substance Use Recovery position is located on the east side of Indianapolis, IN

Job Duties
In coordination with a multidisciplinary team, our Substance Use Recovery Therapists provide direct patient care to perform:
• Bio-psychosocial assessments
• Treatment plan development
• Case management
• Crisis intervention
• Facilitate individual, marital, group, and/or family therapy sessions
• Discharge planning
• 2+ years' experience in providing co-occurring and substance use recovery treatment preferred
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
Indiana LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT

• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient in time management
• Works well in a team
• Ability to coordinate services with probation and other local agencies

Additional Info
Therapist will provide both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programming services.
