Job Requirements:

  • A “hunter” who is adapt at building business through new customer acquisitions as well as organic growth ; capable of managing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle

  • Desire and proven success at building relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts

  • Track record of identifying, developing, and closing new sustainable growth opportunities

  • Collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, and Sales internally and externally

  • Personal values based on integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness

  • Ability to think and act independently, exhibit sound business judgment, take measured risks, and ownership/responsibility for outcomes

  • Interested and willing to travel domestically 50 – 60%

  • Industry experience in aggregate, warehousing, package handling, cement, or food is beneficial

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Minimum 5 years of Strategic Account, National Account, or complex, solution-selling sales experience in a business-to-business environment; preferably managing accounts of $1M or more in annual revenue

Position Description:

  • Develops and successfully executes strategic business plans to drive product specification and sell to targeted accounts. Regularly reviews and revises the plans to achieve established goals.Communicates and updates regarding performance and direction of strategic accounts.Executes strategic business plans and measures performance through key performance indicators (KPI’s)

  • Ensures a full pipeline of activity is consistently maintained to meet targeted sales goals.

  • Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis

  • Manages account and contact information through the entire sales lifecycle process using CRM; ensure that detailed account profiles are maintained, and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
