Audit Businss Analyst

Develops, implements, and manages analytical and operational projects with or without formal direction from superiors.
The Internal Audit function is looking for a seasoned audit professional business analyst with the ability to work independently on a wide array of assignments. Reporting directly to senior management, the successful candidate will actively manage and lead analytical, operational, and project support to help identify, manage, and resolve issues and look for efficiencies. The candidate will also participate in audits of the Bank's business areas and may assist in planning and risk assessment activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively identifies opportunities for further refinement of existing processes and initiates analysis in support of Audit operations and processes.
Utilizes varied data points and moderate to complex information to distill it into meaningful results.
Assists in developing and delivering communications by facilitating discussions, drafting proposals and reports, and writing recommendations for management.
Addresses issues with creativity and generates ideas which contribute to the attainment of stated goals.
Recommends and implements project/analytical activities and/or modifications of project/analyses as necessary to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
Originates and develops new and exciting ideas and executes on them effectively.
Executes audit fieldwork, planning, and risk assessment of business lines.
Ability to understand and translates ideas and plans into compelling PowerPoint presentations for Executive Management and Board of Directors.
