Set your sights on a role making a real difference in the healthcare system. We're looking for a self-motivated Tax Manager professional to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance with Federal, State and Local tax authorities. Assist in quarterly income tax provision calculations under ASC 740, analysis and documentation of uncertain tax position (FIN 48) and the income tax sections of the SEC filings. Manage sales and use, property and other tax compliance requirements.

Your day to day role will include:



  • Preparation of federal and state income tax returns, franchise tax filings, extensions and quarterly tax estimates.

  • Research, respond to, and resolve tax notices and inquiries.

  • Assist with preparation of all SEC 10-Q and 10-K tax disclosures, adjust inventory of uncertain tax positions and deferred tax components as needed.

  • Prepare personal property tax statements and sales & use tax returns.

  • Prepare income tax account reconciliations and initiate journal entries as needed.

    You Have:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
    • 4 to 6 years prior Tax related experience within a corporate tax department, or at public accounting firm.
    • Strong accounting skills.
    • Commitment to self-improvement and process improvement.
    • Ability to research, analyze and understand complex issues.

    It would be great if you also have:
    • Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Income Tax RS and Tax Provision applications
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
    • Master's Degree in Tax)
