*Primary role will be to qualify new propulsion hardware. This will include working with component vendors, leading other design and analysis engineers to develop designs, writing technical specifications and test plans, running tests, and helping to insert new hardware and technology into our spacecraft designs. This role will have a focus on the qualification and integration of new Electric Propulsion thrusters, such as Hall Effect Thrusters, into spacecraft designs.


*This role will also include participating in technical proposal efforts, studies, and internal R&D


Requirements
*Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or other technical field
*7+ years of relevant experience
*Experience in product development and/or project management
*Knowledge of propulsion systems and thruster technologies
