Creates design concepts from sketches through wireframes to final asset deliverables for web-based software tools. Participates in user research. Works within an Agile development team participating in key scrum meetings and planning sessions. Collaborates across the department with other software teams to use and develop common UI/UX patterns. Seeks to understand users, create personas and test designs with target audience.
Defines, scopes and creates large UX deliverables for existing and new products. Given a general problem definition, defines and creates UX to meet the product needs. Proposes approaches to solve a variety of UX problems. Handles unexpected challenges that arise. Works on multiple features or projects at a time.
Softskills: great teamwork skills and working relationships with engineers, product management and product owners. Strong communication and presentation skills.
