JOB TITLE: Clinical Application Specialist (Neurosurgery) - RTG
REPORTING: Regional Manager West, Neurosurgery, RTG
Main Purpose & Responsibility of Job
Help Sales Team Achieve Revenue Plan for Navigation, Neuro Monitoring.
Support Sales presentation and technical discussions and ensure availability of sales collaterals as in General & technical Specifications, competition matrix with new updates, product PPTs.
Demo system & consumables planning in consultation with sales team, Service Team and system allocation, review monthly.
To streamline sales process, ensures the development and execution of demo request form, demo feedback forms, employee training forms etc.
Objective given by Sales Team should be achieved for all on-site Evaluations.
Ensure effective introduction of system and applications updates for the existing customers in order to support sale and product promotion.
Share Clinical Papers which are of interest to Sales team.
Current Customer Base Support
l Ensure possible support to post- sales App team during customer training on applications & products (NAV & IONM) across the region towards increased utilization from the current usage base and utilization.
l Ensuring new and existing live sites is while using products by planned training.
l To streamline application process ensure the development and execution of proper documents for case support feedback forms, training kit for new site support (calender, agenda) and ensure the proper implementation of E-FORMS among team as soon as it launched.
l Supporting and Ensuring help in the collection of customer satisfaction letters half yearly.
To maintain usage matrix (dash board) and share with rest of the team quarterly
Update competition information and share quarterly with sales. Keep track on competition activities, launches etc. Help Sales in objection handling specially in reference to competition products comparison.
Ensure availability of product training Videos, training documents and related data for Navigation & Neuro Monitoring
Optimal utilization of Sales Force to share product information, new developments, launches, competition product comparisons etc.
T & E support
Description & Measurement:
Quarterly training for sales team on advance application and clinical utility.
Support marketing Programs, conference and workshops by arranging and executing Navigation & Neuro Monitoring dry runs and hands-on
Support education team as being trainer for internal and external product training programs.
Bachelor in / Engineering / Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical
A total of at least 5-6 years (or more) in Imaging Companies/ capital medical equipment indistry in Application
High travel requirement (70% of times)
