 Job Description:

•     Tack and manage sales activity with assigned Operation Units and / or assigned clients

•     Follow up calls for ALL clients that are within your assigned OU's

•     Track all "Opportunities" and "Cross Sell" service to current buying customers and new customers within your assigned responsibility

•     Communicate with clients on services and technical requirements; advise clients of the Company's technical capabilities

•     Assist  the Sales Team in closing new business by issuing quotations, follow up on account and quotation activity, obtain purchase orders and ensure all customer information is secured to perform the work 

•     Prepare RFQ's

•     Assist the Sales Team with marketing initiatives and sales promotions, including assigned client visits and tradeshow participation

•     Maintain accurate sales activity records; analyze and reporting on account activity

 Job qualifications:

•     Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training

•     1-3 years Sales and/or Customer Service experience, preferably in a technical environment

•     Computer skills and basic computer software, including Microsoft Office  Word and Excel

•     Experience in use of Sales CRM's, specifically I-Connect

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•     Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service

•     A team player with strong interpersonal skills

•     Up to 15% travel  

•     Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software and analyze the data that is produced

•     Assist with forecasting and month end reports for assigned business lines

•     Assist with budget preparation for assigned business lines

•     Set up conference room(s) for visitors and in-house meetings, client tours

•     Assist with training and development of other staff members

•     Type and distribute various meeting minutes for meetings that you hold or participate in

•     Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
