PrideStaff is partnered with several companies that are seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives in the Agricultural Industry. Customer Service Representative duties include: Maintain flow of information with customers, sales staff and other departments throughout the order process. Process orders received from domestic or international customers and sales staff. Monitor all orders through the process to insure on time delivery to meet customer’s expectations. Monitor pricing in the system Maintain accurate and up to date files with customer and country requirements. Process credits and adjustments. Cross train within the department to insure adequate coverage during absences. Provide receptionist phone relief on a rotating basis with other CSRs. Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an agricultural, or related feild. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the agricultural field. Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Typing 35 wpm Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to present 2 business references Must be able to submit to drug and alcohol test Must be willing to do background check when required
