Temporary HRIS Analyst needed in Houston, TX

Processes the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications. Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Under general direction, provides comprehensive analysis of employee records. Generates retrieval of statistical summary reports from information systems and provides recommendations based on the data. Researches and recommends new or modified systems, equipment, and software

 

Length of Contract: 1 year

Pay: $15/hr - $25/hr

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Create/update employee positions
  • Create/update Non-FieldGlass contractor positions
  • Reorg Employees Reorg Non-FieldGlass Contractors Create/Change Org Units
  • Troubleshoot HRIS system issues and test solutions Lead SAP HRSP testing for US HRIS
  • Test US new Personnel Areas & Personnel Area changes
  • Load Termination due to Merger, provide prorata to Payroll, Retiree medical eligibility flag to Benefits and mail addresses
  • Load work schedules in the system
  • Load WBS
  • Validate and Load STIP
  • Validate and Load Merit
  • Validate and Load Fixed Rate
  • Complete End Year Activities Assist troubleshooting FieldGlass system
  • Answer Questions from different HR areas
  • Send quotas from employees returned from leave to HRIC Troubleshoot FileNet personnel files
  • Test IPAAS SAP (Datamart replacement)

Job Requirements:

  • Requires 0-3 years of related experience.
