The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing and coordinating several projects assigned in, order to achieve the timely and profitable completion of each project. Will be responsible for estimating project material quantities and requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Will report directly to the General Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreement.
  • Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements without exceeding budget.
  • Coordinate submittal packages with suppliers and subcontractors and submit to the proper authorities for approval.
  • Coordinate with the General Superintendent ad Site Foreman to ensure field personnel have all contact information, project submittals, RFI's, etc.
  • Review Monthly Billing Schedule of Values between General Superintendent or Site Foreman to ensure quantities reflect work performed.
  • Coordinate and document all change order requests and approved change orders.
  • Estimate project material quantities.
  • Other tasks as required.


  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Construction PM Experience, preferably Civil Construction.
  • Team-Player.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation.
