POSITION: Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Richardson, TX

DURATION: 1 year+ possible temp to perm depending on needs of business and performance

Hours 8 AM to 5:00 PM.


Job Summary:

  • Expands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support for sales force across all AMNA.
  • Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., word processing, SAP functions and spreadsheet).
  • Coordinates meetings, support Sales functions and departmental reports
  • Applies basic analytical skills or scientific methods or operational processes for working with SAP and other data bases.
  • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods

Requirements:

  • 1 Year of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Highschool Diploma
