Global Finance Support Center Specialist

Contract Length: 6 months+
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.
Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
- Handling questions via email and telephone addressing vendor setup, tax forms and banking, and payment related issues, as well as policy, procedure, system access, and tool usage questions. Reporting/escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
- This position requires experience using a user support tool, categorization of issues, managing a queue, reallocating tickets, excellent problem solving skills, ability to navigate through ambiguous issues, ability to work quickly with great accuracy, passion for constant improvement, and commitment to exceptional customer service.
- SAP experience in Accounts Payable preferred
- Obsession with customer service
- Pro-active individual who is detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
- Ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple priorities
Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
