Services to be performed:
Our Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Required Skills:
• 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Superb customer focus
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
•Team is supporting non tech scheduling, alignment is flexible. Not too much background to talk specifically about roles. Supporting worldwide advertising.
•Opportunities to get involved in projects, related to customer success metrics, deep diving some of the data. For the most part, it will be working with nontech recruiters and sourcers. Schedule phone screens onine assessments and in person interviews. Average workload, weekly scheduling 10 onsites and 30 phone screens.
•Normal work hours, not a ton of overtime. Supporting clients in different areas, but not expected to work those hours.
•Collaborative, unique thing is that they have multiple customers. Candidate comes first, working with recruiter and sourcer.
•WFH: Some flexibility. If they have someone onsite for an interview, the RC would be expected to be here. Option of work form home day per week.

a.) Organization 
b.) Attention to detail
c.) Ability to drop what they’re doing and pivot quickly, and then pick up where they left off. Dealing with competing priorities.
Communication skills.
•Would prefer they have a degree. Some scheduling experience. Someone who’s worked really heavily scheduling events. HR background would be awesome. 
•Work ethic, what they enjoy about a role that would set someone apart.
•Leadership Principles: Customer obsession, ownership, deliver results, bias for action. Insist on the highest standards.
•Will do phone screen and onsite.
