PEAK's client specializes in creating state of the art Water Features for Themed Entertainment, Hotels, commercial, and private entities.

PEAK’s client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Manager for Production.

The ideal Candidate will plan, organize, and manage the assembly department with regards to daily hours, schedules, productivity, quality, and safety.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring on-time deliveries, by coordinating, and problem-solving with the production teams.
  • Start with and supervise six value streams the include electrical, lighting, mechanical, and cable assembly lines.
  • Evaluate and establish best practices, processes, and key processes indicators for assembly lines.
  • Work with engineering for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Enforce standards within the assembly departments to ensure discipline and cohesiveness following company standards.
  • Audit for key result areas (e.g., quality, safety, scrap).
  • Holds morning daily cell meeting and set expectations for the day.
  • Monitors production status hourly, remove bottlenecks, and take corrective measures to ensure daily goals are met.
  • Oversee continuous flow of materials delivery and work with associates to continuously improve the process.
  • Reviews production schedules and estimate associate hours to complete a job assignment.
  • Interprets specifications and job orders for assembly lines and delegate duties accordingly.
  • Recommends measures and changes to improve production, equipment, product quality and working conditions.


  • Proven experience with planning, forecasting, and streamlining assembly operations.
  • Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organizational and problem solving skills required.


  • 3+ years related experience in a Lean manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (not required).
  • High Volume Manufacturing Experience (electro-mechanical, electronics, automotive, consumer electronics, aerospace could be a good fit).
