Senior Administrative Assistant / Office Manager needed in Bozeman for a busy and growing technology company. This motivated, self-starter will be responsible for a myriad of business related task to include human resource support for up to 60 employees, organizing and creating processes to improve company efficiency, handling any administrative and scheduling needs  of key staff, handle all facilities related issues, and providing overall support where needed.

Senior Assistant must have a bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of administrative, office or HR management experience. Any experience creating / revising operational procedures or policies is also a plus as well as experience working on government contracts. 

This is a full time, direct hire, salaried career position starting at $60K to $70K per year plus excellent benefits to include extremely generous PTO, paid medical, dental, vision, dental and 401K.
