As an Assistant Store Manager, the key responsibility is to assist the Store Manager to effectively manage the performance of all aspects of the store, including:
  • Customer service- create a friendly environment where service levels are of the highest standard
  • Financial- sales achievement and wages control are in line with targets
  • Merchandising- appropriate from an OH&S and professional appearance perspective
  • Administration- reporting, stocktakes and stock management
  • Leadership- have a training and development focus that drives team member performance
Whilst it is important that the successful candidate will have relevant retail Assistant Store Management experience, of more importance, is your alignment with this brands culture.  Remember, you must have a passion for interiors and a love of styling homes!
