Supporting the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Managers key purpose is to efficiently and profitably manage the store through maximising store sales and profits, providing exceptional customer service and managing team motivation and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leadership- passionate about results, and the personal and professional development of the team
  • Financial- sales and KPIs achievement
  • Customer service- maintain very high standards
  • People- recruitment, training, setting goals, motivating and performance management
  • VM- to customer demographics and to drive sales
  • Stock Management
