· Creating great experiences by making the right candidate matches in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions

· Planning and managing business to achieve specific recruiting, sales, and staffing targets

· Recruiting, building, and maintaining a candidate network

· Utilizing various recruiting approaches and recruiting tools including online recruiting, network recruiting, direct recruiting and generating recruiting referrals

· Supporting clients with a relationship based approach

· Helping to grow and maintain a client base through sales support

· Documenting all activity

· Consistently providing experiences focused on what clients and job seekers value most

Job Requirements:

· An aptitude for sales, recruiting or staffing
