Lead the development of Marketing short- and long-term vision, strategy, tactics, and execution for the Parts, Garments, and Accessories (PG&A) business. Ensure efforts are aligned to drive retail sales results while informing, engaging, and inspiring Polaris consumers and dealers throughout the purchase process. Lead the engagement and development of the growing Marketing team as well as cross-functional collaboration with other marketing and business teams throughout Polaris. Works closely with Sr. E-Commerce Manager, PG&A Sales Director, Integrated Marketing Operations Manager as well as PG&A Category teams.
