Title: Help Desk Support Technician
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107 
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire   Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system. 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements): 
  • Must have experience with Kronos - specifically the time and attendance application or comparable app to verify/edit timesheets, create/edit schedules and ability to set up user access
  • Must have call center OR helpdesk experience working with remote users
  • Should have call center experience
  • Any desktop support/troubleshooting experience would be very helpful
