Job Responsibilities: Provides analytic support to the Office of Faculty Development to inform faculty-related initiatives and decisions through the design, analysis, and generation of actionable reports that draw on data from multiple systems. Develops and maintains faculty databases and data collection systems, as well as advises on the use of analytic methods. Facilitates discussions with stakeholders to ensure data collection systems, analyses, and reports meet their needs. Responds to stakeholder questions, documents analytic methodology, and maintains technical procedural materials. # Essential Functions: # Develop and maintain the integrity of faculty databases and data collection systems. Analyze project goals and data requirements to recommend appropriate database design and data collection methods. Import, export, combine, and develop methods to validate faculty-related data from multiple data sources and database platforms. Review and maintain access to information in all systems used by the Office of Faculty Development. Generate analyses and projectionsto support faculty-related decisions, including (but not limited to) strategic planning, operational performance, career advancement, and diversity initiatives. Design analyses, ensure proper application of analytic methods, and develop methods to validate accuracy of data. Respond to stakeholder questions that arise about the data, data collection systems, and analytic methods. Document analytic procedures, maintain technical procedural materials, and conduct training, as appropriate. Create, modify, and maintain actionable reportsused to communicate faculty-related information to stakeholders, including faculty and hospital leadership. Generate regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports on key performance indicators and operational initiatives, as requested. Review and maintain accuracy of reports and modify to meet stakeholder needs. Facilitate discussions with internal and external stakeholdersto ensure data collection systems, analyses, and reports meet their needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, generate, and operationalize actionable and useful data. Take data from multiple source systems and provide it to stakeholders to assist in data-driven decision making and resource investment. Assists with special projectsand completes other duties as assigned by supervisor. # Job Requirements: # Bachelor#s degree Master#s degree preferred 5 to 7 years# experience Experience in healthcare data management, innovation programming skills and/or information systems would qualify as related work experience EEO Employer/Disabled/Vet## #
