RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for the office
  •  Manage communication with clients through phone, email, and text
  •  Facilitate and process service requests for existing clients
  •  Explain coverage and advise how policies function in event of a loss
  •   Manage confidential client information
  •   Schedule, prepare for and follow up on client appointments 

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Minimum 1 year experience in customer service role
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Strong attention to detail 
  •  Strong organizational skills
  •  Efficient in prioritizing 
  •  Dependable, reliable attendance
  •  Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor  
  •  Initiative and a desire to learn
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
  • Sales Force Customer Relationship Management System experience preferred
  •  Flexible to work 20-30 hours/week

Washington State Insurance Producer License required before start date

This position is an integral part of the team and requires self-motivation and the ability to independently manage a variety of tasks.  This is not a sales position, but strong candidates will possess some sales and customer service experience. Opportunities are available to grow into additional office roles.  All agency representatives must be able to connect with clients in a way that makes them feel comfortable.
