Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturing company to help identify a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter for immediate hire.

In this role you would be responsible for working with hiring managers on recruiting plan meetings, lead the creation of a recruiting plan for each open position, conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans, develop a pool of qualified candidates, research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, post openings within professional organizations and online sites, research new ways of using the internet for recruitment, use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates that meet requirements, assist in coordinating college recruiting initiatives, review and screen resumes and identify qualified candidates that meet requirements, conduct phone interviews prior to advancing candidate to meet hiring manager, coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, and assist with all administrative tasks associated with the hiring and recruiting process including the maintenance of the company internal and external recruiting systems. You will be responsible for recruiting for all corporate wide positions including Sales, Administrative, Customer Service, Marketing, Managerial, Executive, Engineering, IT and HR roles.

This is a full time, long term temp, possible temp to hire position. In this role you will help develop new teams in an exciting new division with the company.  Pay is based on experience.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm and do require that you work onsite at the facility (not a remote position).  This position offers a foot in the door of a large corporate organization with endless possibilities.

We are looking for someone with 1 – 2 years agency or corporate recruiting experience. Must have excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor. Must be proficient in using MS Office.
