Manufacturer Distributor since 1955 seeks quality driven Customer Care Coordinator. This role is a diverse role where you will work in the capacity of liaison between the organization and our client's as well as the technicians that serve our clients.
Excellence in service and attitude mean every thing in this role. Chosen candidate will be upbeat with a smiling voice and can do / will do attitude. Must be extremely organized!
Must be technically savvy with knowledge of Excel including ability to manipulate data, change columns, etc., within an already created spreadsheet.
Ability to us MS Word and Outlook as well as learn SAGE MAS 90 system.
Must know our general multi county area, Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, Martin, Saint Lucie Counties, and main cities and their general placement on the map in relation to one another, what areas have heavier traffic patterns, etc.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a proper business email letter to clients.
Must be fluent with the keyboard, no speed requirement but no hunt/peck speed
Will handle high volume incomeing calls; most calls are clients calling in to schedule regular or preventative maintenance.
Must be able to quickly resolve any client complaints with swift and service based solutions.
