BlueWave is currently looking for a Recruiter/Client Executive to join our growing team in Orlando, FL! The ideal candidate will have the ability to attract passive talent through our recruiting process while identifying and perusing potential business opportunities.
The main thing to remember here is that we are working in a startup environment which requires a level of positive energy, flexibility, understanding and high level of drive.
- Exemplify the BlueWave brand and best in class client services
- Create a pipeline of candidates to meet existing and upcoming recruiting needs
- Manage updates and postings on company social media
- Develop a daily plan to execute on weekly goals
- Analyze client requirements to understand the full picture of what type of candidate would match the skills needed
- Manage the recruiting process from first contact to offer and acceptance
- Track candidates in ATS throughout the entire recruiting process
- Interview candidates over the phone and in-person to vet skills and experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop account management and business development skills
- Bachelor’ s Degree
- 1 year minimum of sales experience
- Drive to become successful in a sales environment
- Social or networking involvement highly desired
- Comfort with talking to high level business executives
- Ability to thrive in a goal driven professional environment
