The CRM Functional Analyst works as a member of the CRM team to provide business and functional support in the areas of Sales and Marketing.  Incumbent will be focused on several key CRM functional areas and involved in application customization, working with interfaces, system issues and troubleshooting problems with the software.  The incumbent must demonstrate critical thinking skills and be able to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.  


·          Perform application customization, workflow, and development and modification within SAP CRM system

·          Customizing SAP CRM fields and page layouts

·          Engage with the Functional/Technical team to implement creative and business appropriate solutions

·          Identify areas for process improvement 

·          Provide end user support and problem resolution  for day to day operations for our user base

·          Conduct requirements gathering sessions with different business units and translate outputs into functional requirements

·          Assist in monthly/quarterly roll-outs of new system functionality including Kick-off, Webinars, Training Sessions and Post Go-Live Support

·          Understanding of other SAP Systems – Business Warehouse, Business Objects, ECC, S/4 Hana

·          Involvement in Data Administration; working with data imports and maintaining data integrity for key reporting dimensions 


·          Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field
  • Experience supporting and administering SAP CRM applications for a medium to large organization
  • Ability to Configure and customize   SAP CRM functionality to meet required business needs
  • Ability to develop, plan, organize and conduct user training sessions related to SAP CRM functionality
  • Knowledge of database concepts (specifically Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server)

·          A high standard of verbal and written communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with non-technical users on CRM applications
  • Understanding and working knowledge of SAP VC, SAP SD  Preferred
